I mean, I would accept that box any day of the week. But Saturday is good.

 

A place near me had this on tap for a few days last week. I may have gone there four days in a row for this beer. FYI, had this side-by-side with Sump during those four days, and this beats Sump IMO. Really hope this becomes a regular part of Weyerbacher's lineup.

A local IPA that was finally bottled.



Three taverns a night on ponce. Used to live on ponce next to the titty bar that the beer label models.

Now sitting back in the hammock with this staple of summer.

Remind me next year before the Masters and I'll pick you up a set. I've gone every Saturday for the last 4 years, so here's to hoping I keep the trend. I've got the pink striped one my wife uses, if you like pink?

I usually play a nice course that Friday, so if I do, I'll shoot you a msg and see if you want anything from the pro shop. This year I played Sage Valley, and played 4 holes with Sean O' Hair, twas nice.

 

I would love on of those koozies. That's awesome you played with O'Hair. I would imagine their game is even more impressive up close.

Impressive, humbling, but at the same time, while yes, they are great golfers, I wasn't too terribly far behind him on most shots, and he's only 1/2 to 1 club longer than I was. Plenty of slow walks to our balls in the fairway, had me giddy.

My claim to fame, is shooting the same score as him on a shortish par 4. He used driver, my caddy gave me hybrid. Yeah, that was humbling, and made me question my caddy.

But yeah, I'll get you some koozies for sure dude! Maybe if lucky, the highly coveted white/clear Masters beer cups you get on the course. They sell out so damn fast it's insane.

The crowlers are Lone Pint 667 and Community Mosaic IPA! Just when my IPA inventory was at zero, Josh comes through!! I'll most likely be adding Whatabuger sauce to my ideal hamburger from now on, so that will probably get me DQed in a future LIF...

#VBS before/during the blackhawks game! This is tasty, though not the best of the few JK beers I've had (that probably goes to snorkel). This is the last of the playoff games I can watch due to working evenings for games 6/7, so hoping the hawks come out with a win tonight so I can rest easy at work Monday

 

Pretty sure I owe a huge thanks to @treznor for both the beer and #properglassware. This is one of the very few beers I've actually seemed out when someone said they could grab it. Complex is the best way to describe it. If I could fap to the sight of a pour going from bottle to glass this would have been it. Such a beautiful beer!

pr0nz dump before the latest Vicoprofen pill kicks in (I can't be held responsible though, because the last pill hasn't fully worn off). I asked my wife if she thought it was a good idea to hold off on the dinnertime pill and have a beer instead. She said "DWTFYW" Apparently that's code for "don't come crying to me when the pain kicks in". #CL2015


So...I get home from Florida and had a few boxes waiting on my dining room table, courtesy of the neighbor watching my house. The wife was not as excited as me. After hauling things to the basement, this is what I had.

(To be fair, one of those is full of beers I hand carried back from FL, and another is the returned box that made it all the way to Vero Beach before some shit stain--earmuffs Erika--broke a bottle of Casey Saison. Oh well, we will rebuild. @valrxman your bigger, better, and elderly-florida-driver-proof box will go back out Monday)

First up, my FL haul. Sadly I was unable to meet up with @gjoker321 but rest assured, we will make it happen in the future, and I've got the set of wants I brought to share with you squirreled away for a future trip...all of them age well.

Cream and Sugar, Fixie, DB Mail Order Bride, and the last 2 4-packs of WOJA from my visit to CCB!

Next, a #shipitformebro from a buddy not on BA. He made a larger etregourmet order and allowed a few of us to get in on it.

3x 3F Oude Kriek (750ml) + extras of the Substance (huge want), a fresh rye IPA from Bissel Bros (yay!), and Goodnight Mekong (been really wanting to try this!)

Next a kickass LIF box from @SportsandJorts -- have not had a single one of these, and dude did his research on my preferred styles. You're on my list...

Missile IPA (was there ever a better name for a borch bombing beer?), Stickin In My IPA (OK, even better than the previous one, earmuffs @Littlelotte88), CW BB Barleywine (I've heard this is drinking especially awesome right now!), NG Enigma (love these Thumbprint brews), Saturn (want!), and Canus Lupulis (super excited for this one, and dig the bottle art!). Oh, and my very first Teku. HELL yes. Thanks again!

Now another ninja from another thread, @RuckIt heard me bitching about never having tried any Trillium hops and decided this could not stand.

You sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. The problem for the rest of you will now be that I will undoubtedly be hooked, and now you'll have one more rabid CO fan vying for the pickitups. amirite @Kramerbarthomer ??

Finally, a looooooong overdo box from a non BA out of Jersey. Like 10 successful open-ended trades, and he disappears for like 2 months with a $45 fill in my $50 hydroflask. Still checking things in left and right, responding to texts, talking about the office not paying FedEx bill etc. etc. Then this shows up, kinda unannounced. I don't think I'll be trading with him anymore, even though I AM excited for these brews.

#VBS number two... last of the night since I have to go to bed as soon as this hockey game is over and be up pretty early. I really wish this distributed in my area, though I can apparently get it about an hour away at places in Maryland, though idk how readily available it is there.

Supposedly @Mipper just bought some at Pizza Boy. Hopefully that's a sign of things to come. They're seemingly distributing nationwide or apparently.

 

I might be younger but my low tolerance from being so tiny and my crankiness at work if I don't get a good night of sleep put my "drinking age" a lot higher I suppose lol
