Yeah, I can generally get Deschutes 12-packs around $12 at the local Rite-Aid. Except for ticking purposes, haven't purchased a FYB in decades.

A 24-pack of Banquet is an excellent way to spend $17.

Abinbev's marketing has got people thinking that a product that is named "Budweiser" and is owned by a foreign company is a symbol of America. Genius.

    ^ This!

And as to the beers listed, none. I find them to range in flavor from non-existent to gross. But to those of you who enjoy them, cheers!

In college my cheap beer of choice was MGD. $11-13 a 20 pack. Preferred better stuff, but I was also broke as hell.

Belgian/Brazilian company or not, there is nothing more American than global multinationals, right? And nothing more foreign than freaky leftists insisting on small, local, or less corporate. AB is betting on a culture war marketing campaign, and is completely unironic about it.

Pretty sure Keystone didn't forge anything since it only dates back to 1989. Ditto with Natural Ice, which is probably even more recent :stuck_out_tongue:
I went with Banquet. For what it is, I like it. High Life would be my #2.

Can't understand all the talk about about BMC and crap beer on BA. I haven't even considering drinking one since I got into craft beer many years ago.

    I'll pick PBR

Not sure about America as a whole but they definitely forged our complacency with mediocrity.
