Budweiser is a bit sweet but if your open minded it tastes good.

Of the options you selected for us all to vote on, I chose "Old Swill", but only for extremely nostalgic reasons (my dad got the returnables when I was, like, two.) I am also partial to High Life, Hamm's, and -- Special Export; Got a six of silos today.

My regular (see avatar) runs me $7.70 after tax and is always fresh. Mmmmm! I love me some Swill!

Hamms should be on this list. $13 for a 30 rack. Why pay more for bad beer?

Does Lord Chesterfield come in a 12-pack? I could see doing some "slumming" with that one.

I would not drink anything on that list, not for $9 and not for free. That's like deciding you need a burger and going to McDonalds. If that is the best you can do, skip it.

I really enjoy all of the folks stopping by to point out that they won't buy cheap beer or suggesting craft options instead. Nobody cares how hard your craft boner is. If you can't answer the question presented, wait for the next thread about how Celebration is different this year.

    Also, PBR.

I've never found any of those options offensive, just unmemorable. I'll have to abstain since it's been so long since I've had any of them, much less purchased them. Given the prices I've seen them marked at recently, I don't think I'd be able to resist springing for the extra few bucks to get something I thoroughly enjoy and do remember fondly.

I'm not bringing the consumer perspective into this. The consumer perspective is that Olive Garden makes good Italian food and Nickelback makes good rock music. I'm just praising ABinbev's marketing team that's got millions of suckers on their jock.

"Helped forge America" !? It never ceases to amaze me how short some people's perspective on history is.
