Avery Oud Floris hitting the stores?

TONS at Whole Foods. No bottle limit that I found.

Had some tonight and I gotta say they nailed it, sour brown with lots of complexity that doesn't overwhelm, so so delicious. I am going to have to seek out another bottle or two!

 

If you have any UJ I'll trade you B4B. I had one last night and had an allergic reaction to it... WTF?

 

Just cracked my bottle open. This is definitely a great beer and worth the wait. Not let down at all.

And that sucks about the allergic reaction. Hope it was only a minor one.

 

Anyone know if its reached the Colorado Springs stores yet?

 

Saw four bottles at Chambers tonight.

 

Picked up two bottles at Liquor Max in Loveland this afternoon. No uncle Jacobs. They did have Lost Abby Serpents Stout on sale at $7.99. Also had FW DDBA at $14.99

 

That's a great store. I always stop by when I'm up that way.

 

If anyone is interested in some anal ****, it's complimentary when you pay $20.99 for Uncle Jacob's at Alfalfa's in Boulder. They have Floris, too, but didn't post a price. Perhaps even the clerk was too embarrassed to label it?

 

It finally made it down to C. Springs. Saw some at Weber St. 10.79 a bottle.

 

parker payless has a couple as of yesterday still. and mo betta bretta, and angels share, and possibly DDBA.

EDIT: we should have a release availability thread once a week...

 

Coaltrain also got it in, but they said they are holding it for a beer dinner. I understand why they do it, but I still think it kind of sucks, alas.

 

Not sure I would visit that store again. The store should buy an extra case if they want some for a dinner.

 

Coaltrain is notorious for that. That's why I always check Weber St. first because they don't pull shenanigans.
