If you're just planning on sending one can at a time, maybe you can stuff them into a USPS Priority box. Those are fairly inexpensive, no?

Not a Whale in a traditional sense, but a beer I've always wanted that I've never found...Three Floyd's Gumballhead.

As someone who loves BA stouts, drank an entire bottle, and lives in Pennsylvania: it's not.

    YMMV.

Can't say I blame you. I've had one trade that shipped via USPS and it went okay but I've heard horror stories.

Right now it's Barrel Aged Vietnamese Speedway Stout. I want to try it so bad. Anybody with it looking for a left kidney?

need to find a box that has dimensions slightly larger than a pint can so shipping cost will be less.

Nice. Loerik is my personal white whale. Trying to land one takes more time than I thought it would.

I won't rest until a can of Primo passes my lips. I've wanted to try it since I can remember.

I feel like one of my whales is not impossibly hard to come by but has alluded me thus far.

Not exactly a white whale in the traditional sense, but I'd do just about anything for access to fresh Keesmann Herren Pils over here in the states. I'd take that over literally anything else I can think of.

Drinking rauchbier or ungespundet at Spezial Keller, overlooking Bamberg, perhaps? (Which, necessarily, includes drinking as many of the other fine establishments in Bamberg. Mahrs U @ Mahrs. Braunbier @ Klosterbrau. Herren Pils @ Keesman. (Beat me to the punch, @Domingo!) Any and all Schlenkerla.)

Followed up by a trip up the hill to Kloster Andechs.

Followed up by a few Paffgen or Muhlen Kolsch in Cologne.

And, though this one gets a little less press, a stopover in the Black Forest for some pils, kellerbier, etc. from Alpirsbacher.

I blame @herrburgess for this vow to whale hunt.
