i think im going to crack a crasher in the rye. its been sitting in my fridge staring at me for a few days.

 

So are we going for style or trying to hit the same exact beer? I've got some IPA's that are soon to fall out of the #lehighfresh range and are calling my name.

*Edit just saw your post @Houser will put a Crasher in the Rye in the fridge when I get home and have it ready to go.

 

we can do by style also. obviously not everyone has a crasher, i have a couple ipas i need to drink as well.

edit: maybe a "local" ipa is a good idea, too.

 

We actually have one of someone in our group doing Clint Eastwood by Gorillaz. But not me thankfully.

 

Doesn't have to be crasher, but pretty sure I have one lying around some place.

It'd be fun to coordinate this for real, with more notice; pick something pretty ubiquitous, even if just SNPA. Get as many people as possible from both groups to drink the same thing on the same day and post the VBS.

 

I might take you up on it, but I have my usual excess inventory issues at the moment. Hope to be shipping out a few boxes over the next few weeks to get that down, afterwards I'll let you know. If you get it for me, does that make you a #conspiringlocal?

Hey no apologies needed - you responded when I sent a message to make sure that the package made it safely. I hope you enjoy 5/6 of the beers I sent! The Carton beers were picked up the weekend of May 15th.

Cafe Royale is definitely tasty. Bourbon Barrel Porter is great if you expect a HOT beer. I've had people go ape over that beer. I liked Supreme Leader, and I usually don't like chili spiced stouts (not that I'd kick Abraxas, Huna, Mexican Cake out of bed...)

I almost sent the Triple from Alewerks instead of Supreme Leader, but I thought you'd like Supreme Leader more. Plus, I would have had to go to the store or something. Let me know if you want more Alewerks stuff though.

If you want Alewerks stuff, I'm you're huckleberry. It's my only local, and thankfully they put out good Bourbon Barrel Beers, and pretty decent other stuff!

I'm also excited for meeting up with some locals tonight for the grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrz tapping (I don't know how many rs ever so I just put a bunch)

I'm actually off Friday Saturday Sunday next week as I requested them off for something I'm no longer going to... details? While I'm not 100% sure I'm in for a share next weekend (if possible I want to use the weekend to visit friends that I've neglected to see in a while if they feel like company), I could potentially make it if the invite is open and I can find something worthwhile to bring
