Are you in Williamsburg? I get there pretty frequently to visit a larger brewery who is a national customer of mine. Would welcome sharing a pint and handshake

Thanks! I have a RTP that LOVES Forest & Main, a go to move of mine as it is, so I make sure to get a bottle of every release of theirs for him. We typically do blind boxes, but I'm talking to him now about a more specifically filled box so that I can make sure it's stuffed with Alewerks for that exact reason.

Since PA and VA share so much distro that I know there isn't a lot to ask for, but I could use some input on what else to have him look for, perhaps from local brewpubs?

Big daddy AA round box came in from Florida today:
Central Waters - Space Ghost (had this before and loved it, just the right amount of heat)
Stone IRS Vertical 2012-2014 (Great classic beer, and a REAL vertical)
CCB - Bolita (I LOVE brown ales, and I think I'm the only one)
CCB - Caffe Americano (big want)
Weyerbacher - SMS (got one from my SWTFYW box, now I have one to age)
Funky Buddha - More Moro x2 (new to me)
    Miami - Big Rod
    Miami - Shark Bait
CCB - White Oak Jai Alai x4 (a rare 5/5 beer for me, #datoak)
    Due South - Category 5 x4 (canned 6/9/15, so close to #lehighfresh)

You killed it @valrxman , thanks so much!

I have enough relatives and friends in NJ that I can probably pick it up myself, but will keep that in mind too. Thanks!

Was this definitely the AA round box? I thought @valrxman said he was shipping outside his time zone...

He did, but I think he was just trying to throw me off. I suppose it could just be a ninja strike.

Maybe it's a dowry to go with a proposal... any jewelry in the box?

So I don't know what @jawas is talking about. Here is the awesome box he sent me and I'm so happy with everything in here! Especially excited for that Angel's Share and of course a whole Morning Bell for myself!

I don't think my AA target is on to me yet. Since I'm hoping to ship Monday, time to turn the hints up a notch.

    AA Hints:

-- My target, when hearing the name of a specific bordering state, would probably at least get the joke if someone yelled out "sucks!"
-- This reaction is due to one of the more heated college rivalries that I know of
-- I have received 2 boxes from my target. Neither was a BIF, and neither was a trade

    Content Hint:
I've given a ton of these, so I'll just say that at this point, it's probably pretty obvious the formula that my boxes follow. I think you will be pleased.

    To my sender:
I've been HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD, about following any hints in the AA round. Was too busy to make a spreadsheet, and just got behind. At this point, I have absolutely no clue who you are, what you're sending. The good news is I'm pretty easy going. Don't stress, always love to get beers you'd enjoy drinnking. Oh...and if you wanted to throw me a gimme hint or two, I wouldn't cry

So now that hockey and basketball are over, was thinking it was about time to re-introduce the Locals Fantasy Football League I’d like to run.

I’d like to start getting the ball rolling on deciding who is confirmed as in, setting a draft date, decide on which site to use (yahoo or espn), auction or snake draft, box size we are putting up? Also, was thinking if we have enough people interested (too many for a single league), we could run 2 concurrent leagues (possibly divided by availability for a particular draft date).

Here’s who showed interest when I brought this up a few months ago:

To note, the WnB is 2012, excited to see how a couple years changes it -- hoping there's still some coffee, and wish I still had a 2014 to compare, but oh well. Definitely opening sooner rather than later

Interested, either of those two sites is fine with me, fine with the majority on draft type (although I'd probably prefer an auction) and box size. I think I'd prefer sometime the week of August 31st for the draft, because the next week (when the season actually starts on Thursday) includes Labor Day, my wedding anniversary, and probably another draft

I also feel like box sizes should be relatively small, assuming the winner and runner up (at least) get multiple boxes. I don't want to end up winning three 300 oz boxes!!

I appreciate the offer, but totally not necessary at all! I already had my fair share of '14 back when it released, but wanted to drink it while it was still fresh -- and I got the "really big" side by side out of the way -- '14 and French Toasted (which I still have some of and continue to forget that I do...)
