I gotta admit, I stuck around to see what you were cooking up too, I just kinda got sucked in. :-)

& you did not disappoint! Burgers look great. Funny I actually started my day with an Equinox. Good stuff there, brother. Cheers!

Thank you kindly for checking out my nightly pairing! 1/4 pound burgers and I am definitely enjoying Equinox. I wish I didn't wait so long to finally get a bottle. I will be getting a few more and sharing 1 for sure.

& I wish I didn't wait so long to find out you posted nightly pairings. You got a new fan here, looks like I'll be staying up later more often. Yeah I'm definitely with you on Equinox, I usually try to have one or two on hand :-)

:sunglasses::stuck_out_tongue::grinning: Awesome!!! Yeah unfortunately I don't get to my dinner and beer until late in the evening. Typically between 10 and 10:30 central time. Soon stuffed pizza will be back in rotation. Stay tuned!!!

I just spent many hours of frustration & anger, now taking a break. I was attempting to build & upload my resume for a federal job. I forgot what a cluster that system can be... Southern Tier Live up first... Ballast Point Piper Down Scottish Ale next

One more day of work, then it's off to the beach for a week. This recent extra from a trade seemed most appropriate.

Super fresh six pack got last weekend, 2 weeks from bottle dating today. Huge juicy passion fruit, pineapple, peach, mango, tangerine, and light pine; with moderate honey/bready malt sweetness and balanced bitter finish. My Go-to pale ale all year. Always just plain outstanding.

My go-to American porter. Chocolate, cocoa, caramel, coffee, and toasted dark bread maltiness; with balanced earthy hop flavors and herbal/roasted bitterness. A really classic and delicious style offering. Glad I rediscovered this beer last year.

Fresh batch is tasting awesome as expected. Huge grapefruit, passion fruit, pineapple, peach, mango, lemon/orange peel, and light pine; with some light-moderate bready/crackery malt balance and a nice smooth/crisp finish. Nice moderately bitter finish with no overly resinous or astringent notes. Feels more balanced and less aggressive/resinous on bitterness this year, which I can say I slightly prefer. Delicious.

My go-to lowish ABV coffee stout, and basically my out of season Founders replacement(fresh year round dated cans ftw). Big dark roasted coffee with moderate dark chocolate/cocoa/toasted malt flavors and a balanced coffee/roasted bitter finish. Robust, creamy, and smooth for the ABV. Highly favorful.

    What? He killed Kenny???

Another beam me up photo set. Beautiful shots, major envy...

Finally the bar was open for dinner at our offsite meetings. Couple of Harpoon IPA and a Sam Adams Summer ale on draft.

I don't know if I deserve all those kind words but thank you nonetheless good sir! Narwhal is solid for sure and I would have it regularly if it was a year round offering.

It is always nice when you know you have a support system here on the BA site. And Mark, you are a shining example of the positivity of which you speak.

Congrats on your first trade. You should look forward to the point where you have a bubble wrap budget

I like a good brown ale but this proves how much better they can be with a bigger abv. Stone knocked it out of the park again with this one!
