LA Beer Week 2015

Def getting Midnight Brett, Cuddlebug and Return of Sassy. The others I have had too recently to seek out. Maybe the VaS, because I don't think I have ever had it with Coconut. Just have had a lot of stouts with coconut in it recently.

This years LA beer week is really looking to be a fun time, though I doubt my wallet will agree.

 

I guess I'll see some of you at HPB/Hermosillo Wednesday? Thank God I don't have to work that day. Can sidle up nice and early.

 

In years past it would be a stretch to go to one or two events for LA Beer week. This year it seems like I'll be doing 2-3 each night.

If all goes according to plan I'll be there before 5 every day to pick up bottles.

On Tuesday I'm going to take a loooong break from coffee roasting and stay there for a beer or two.

On Wednesday I'll be there until I fill my stomach with Raised Eyebrows and Fun Juice.

 

I'll be at the sour night at Hermosillo as well if anybody want to pour up! Thinking about the Cellarmaker & Friends event at Beachwood LB which unfortunately happens to be the same night

 

Ironically I will be at BW since I live right next to it. I didn't realize they were on the same day. So many good events this year.

 

One day to go, and still no published beer list for the kick off. Very disappointing.

Glad HPB sour night is the same day as Cellarmaker/SARA/TRB at Beachwood honestly. Both events will benefit.

I just got the email with the link in it, was going to post it, but I guess my email was in a later batch.

Looking at the list, very glad I got VIP tickets, most of what I really want to try is there.

 

Yes! Got the email just now as well

 

Yeah, that VIP tent is probably going to get 80% of my tickets. Glad I went that route.

 

Do we know if the VIP beers are flowing after GA is let in, or are they stopping the pours once everyone comes in?

 

No tickets needed for VIP session. From their FB page:

"VIP admission will still include ONE HOUR or non-ticketed/unlimited sampling before the fest is open to general admission."
