    Hey Jerry - thanks for the excellent trip report. I really appreciate all the details and plan on using some of them when I am in Bamberg in August. Great photos too.

    I finally got around to figuring out where this was. It's at the intersection of BA29 and BA2 near Pettstadt, so I think we're talking about the same place. Here's a map:
