Listening to "beer aficionados" who trash talk the "non craft brewers" for making shit beer. If they were really legit they would know first that trash talking other beers is unprofessional and secondly, repeatedly producing millions of barrels of beer a year that are all identical every year is s skill that few brewers in the world possess and should be respected. I could care less what you think of the liquid but respect the process and the brewer.

Add my 2 cents for bottle dating (lack of) and for servers bringing you the wrong beer then arguing with you about it, especially when you're sitting in the tasting room of the brewery.

This is one of mine, as well. Anthem in Oklahoma does this quite often on their bombers. Annoying.

This. It's only happened a few times but What The Hell??? The bottle just breaks when I pry off the cap????!!!
I'm sure there's an explanation, I just don't know what it is. Only happened 2-3 times ever.

Lack of information on labels. I know portions of this have been touched in this thread already and I know I have said had this rant on other post before but.... Why can't every beer have a label that lists-
-Bottle date (plain and simple, not one you need a decoder ring for)
-Style, or description of departure from style
    -ABV
    -Brewery geographical and Internet location
-Optional but appreciated- (IBU, SRM and anything else that's helpful to a consumer).

And all of this should be on the each individual container, not the six-pack only, not the case only.

ABSOLUTELY. I catch you littering on a hike and you might just have yourself an "accident" near the trail edge

This has happened to me on a few occasions with a well known brewery, really annoying.

When a yellow jacket flies into your can and then stings you in the mouth once you drink your beer, then you go into shock and die. That really burns me!

Whatever brewery it is, they don't make the bottles. It's easy to blame them but sometimes they get a bad batch of bottles that's undetectable to the eye.

Thanks for making that point, I didn't even consider that as your post states. It was a knee-jerk reaction on my part.

Tell that to the chiggers and ticks. I try not to, but the little sh*ts hitch rides with me anyway.

That depends on the state beer regulations.

In North Carolina, the growler must be from the brewery, even if it's being refilled. Yeah, it's stupid, but it's the regs. As Yogi said, you could look it up.
OTOH, I've heard of brewpubs in Ohio telling customers the growler has to be from them. Not true in Ohio. They're either ignorant, or just trying to sell more growlers.

Seasonal beers that are released 3-4 months before the season you want to drink them in. Just opened my first Summerfest today on the first day of Summer and see it was bottled March 19th for example.

No worries! I'm sure they would like to hear about that issue though as they're not about wasting beer either and expect a good product from the bottle supply company.

Biggest pet peeve is when bars list beers they do not have on tap just to gain publicity and noise. Hogwash

Light macro lager drinkers who only drink one brand, then call other brands of light macro lager "shitty" beer.
