The OC/LA release thread.

Brewery only, back door from 5pm til 7pm Monday through Friday during beer week. I see Bob a couple of times a week and he still hasn't spilled the besns on what bottles will be avaible. Tuesday is going to be my only tough day getting there at 5pm and that just happens to be Cellarmaker night.

And, fuck, Shake Up is so god damned good, easily my favorite Wake Up variant. I doubt it will be one of the bottles, though.

Responding to my own previous post... Billionaire has finally gone out in the LA area this week. Some shops only got half a case, so it's going to be tough to find.

 

Saw a couple bottles sitting at a local shop earlier today , is it any good? Also surprisingly they still had mattina rose there

 

Not sure if it's been discussed but Victory Sour Monkey hit distribution recently. 10-12 bucks for a big old bottle of world class sour (with a high abv). Seriously great stuff, with a bitchin bottle to boot.

 

Billionaire is probably my personal favorite barleywine, but I'm also a sucker for brandy-barrel ageing, so they're playing to my tastes. Nice find on the Mattina Rosa! I would have figured it was long gone out here by now.

Does anyone know what Noble will releasing next and when?

 

^ noble released their collab with monkish "we saved Latin." A hoppy Belgian ale. 8 bucks a pop

Noble is releasing MOSAIC YUM YUM today at 4pm ... similar to their Citra Yum Yum triple IPA, but hopped with mosaic instead. I thought Citra Yum Yum was absolutely outstanding, so looking forward to trying the Mosaic version.

 

Thanks. I was hoping they'd release a bottled IPA/DIPA soon. I'll have to keep waiting.

 

I can confirm Fundamental Observation is tasting amazing out of the bottle, just had 1 today.

I just had some the other day from the barrel and it is tasting as good as it did at the Shelton brothers event.

 

Have you guys released any details on the general public release? I know there's the dinner event with bottles available, but haven't heard word of a general release.
