I had thought this would age well, but it's obviously better fresh.

Home Brew Courtesy of @larryi86 thank you Homie!

The flavors are a mix of resinous hops with some peach and citrus. Smooth dry finish no booze detected. Pretty light on the palate not making it a chore to drink. I wish I could clone this brew!

Tremendous beer; it's really just ancho chilis away from being Prairie Bomb! This is a fresh bottle, too, and the coffee is really popping.

I think it hits its sweet spot between 6 to 9 months. It mellows out a bit (fresh definitely has a bit of an edge), but it doesn't get major oxidation notes yet. A year is too much for me.

Am I missing the part that says how old it is? Last year's batch? Older?

Good afternoon, everyone ! I'm actually drinking a Terrapin Hopsecutioner right now, but I'll share my day... The missus paints murals as a side business, and I got up early with her today and helped her get organized. Here's a little shameless promotion of her handiwork. It's not finished, but you get the basic idea :

I actually insisted that she let me paint the beer glass, but the concept and the rest of the painting is all hers. Nice job, Sweetie !

And while she was doing that, I walked down the street to Craft Growler Shop and Tasting room. A great place, and I had a nice time sampling several beers I haven't tried.
