I'm hoping he bottles Coconut DOS. That shit was incredible at Peg's Barrel Aged Day.

Also, does anyone know if DOS is the base...or is this an entirely new beer. It would be nice if Doug did more than just the one stout if not. You can't go wrong with any of the variants though. This is definitely not me complaining.

The base of Tuesday and Wednesday is a Rye Imperial Stout, Batch 500. So there's more than just DOS...

Won't be back in town until Sunday.....so I'm assuming everything is gone already

 

all of the pallates sold out by 7pm the day of the release. there's still bottles of Rare DOS available AFAIK

 

I stopped by last night, Pallet 2 was still on tap and there were still quite a few cases of Rare DOS left.

For anyone that doesnt know, RareDOS is fucking incredible, last year was insanely good and this years is right on point to impress any barrel-aged drinker. Dont think because the batch numbers are higher, its any less of a monster, its awesome!
