So here's the story behind this pic. My girlfriend and I went to Charlotte, NC to pick up our new puppy yesterday, "Rocky" (naturally after "Rocky Top Tennessee"). On our way home we stopped by Sam's Quick Shop in Durham, and I picked up this bottle of Nebraska's Black Betty which I have been wanting to try for awhile. About a half hour later and on our way back to Richmond, my father calls me with the shocking and unexpected news that my grandmother had passed away of an apparent heart attack. The day was no doubt a roller coaster of emotions, but this little guy has been a real bright spot in an otherwise difficult and sad past 24 hours. The bottle of beer also has tremendous meaning as my grandmother's name was Betty, and my father went to college at Creighton University in none other than Omaha, NE.

I felt there were too many coincidences in this story not to share. Cheers and thanks for the opportunity bfg75!

So i actually took these Pictures today as it started raining a bit here in Vegas. My son wanted to play in the rain, and then eat breakfast after... So... I decided to give him his breakfast ;-). Just like our dirtbikes, if you can kickstart it, you can ride it. If he can open it... he can drink it... hahaha!

 

This little guy was with an adoption agent, so i took this picture and found him a home.

last night we opened up darkness (which was awesome!), i put the empty on the floor next to the couch, and when i came back to check something on the label i couldnt find it. wonder were it went.
