Where does everyone get their Westvleteren 12 from?

    I have 2 brick packs totally untouched from when they went on sale 12/12/12. Just sitting there aging,doubt I will drink both though.

    It's getting increasingly easy to get in Europe. Not like you'll find it for sale at any bottle shop or anything, but I've certainly been surprised at some of the places I have found it.

    If you are like my buddy, he won 2-6 packs in $50 per ticket raffle a few years back. Sold one for an insane profit and we drank the other, well worth it. None of this buying or trading for it business.

    I buy it in stores in Belgium, which is a 15 minute drive from my place. If you ever do an internatiol trade with someone from The Netherlands or Belgium, you can probably ask to include any WV, it's not that hard to get over here.

    I get them at the abbey (crates, €40) or at In De Vrede (sixpacks, €20). I wonder what the price is in the shops where you can buy them...:wink::astonished:

    I do not know in US, but in Brazil, this beer you can get it only at ebay and some beer shops (for a very high price). The better option is ebay or directly from the Monastery.

    Rome might be a bit far afield in my experience - but certainly keep your eye out. I've ceased being surprised to see it anywhere in Europe.

    That is damn cheap... I bought one in Brussels in December 2014 for €12.90.
    Still remember the price because how happy I was to see it. Couldn't find it in France when I was over there.

    Would you like to send some to the US for a cheaper shipping price than what's offered online? :wink: I'll pay for the beer of course
