Saw a bunch of cases of Jammer that weren't at the WF bowery yesterday. Assuming these are the new ones, I'll definitely give it another shot!

First time I tried this I wasn't amazed, but definitely recommend giving it another shot if anyone wrote it off. It's growing on me fast as a go to on the golf course!

    @Sixpoint
Just stopped at my local store to see if they were getting the new batch, the beer manager told me she had refused the shipment because she hadn't heard about the beer being changed. May want to get the word out with your reps/distributors about it to head this kind of stuff off.

Had the latest batch and really enjoyed it. Doesn't taste like other versions I have had. Images of a dark blue ocean sprung to mind each sip. Definitely a great beach/can option. Crushed the six pack fairly quickly

I will always support Sixpoint. Not all breweries care what their costumers say. Even though the first wave of Jammers wasn't perfect in my opinion, they didn't have an ego about it. I am so exited to try Jammer 2.0. Thank you very much Shane for being a legit human.

Tried Jammer 2.0 last night (thanks Shane!) and the tweaks made make this a much better beer! The salt is more prevalent but not at all overpowering. Its subtle at first, but a nice saline mouthfeel last after each sip. The coriander has to be the highlight...very well balanced but the hints of fresh floral coriander truly excite the taste buds! I really disliked the original Jammer, but these minor tweaks have vaulted this beer into the company of Westbrook and Anderson Valley. Thanks @Sixpoint for listening to us advocates and respecting our opinions!

Looking forward to 2.0 as well. Just in time for my Gose tasting in 2 weeks!
Was also delighted to try a ton of Crisp at a Sixpoint hosted event over the weekend and indeed it is tasting better than ever.

got my shipment in CT yesterday !!!!! tried 2.0 last nite and I have to say @Sixpoint I like the changes. a little more salinity, but did you cut back on the coriander ? not as noticeable as last batch. overall I think I like it more than previous version. keep up the good work

Good thing I checked this thread again..... I liked Jammer 1.0 and still have some, but 2.0 sounds damn good. I saw this originally in two stores and one has since sold out, and the other seemed to just get some a week or so ago, so I don't think that was 2.0. I'll have to check with my local store (the one that sold out) and maybe swing by the other one to check the codes, but I was wondering if anyone has seen 2.0 around north/central jersey (Somerset, Union, or surrounding counties)?

its in MD/DC/VA! did you try it yet?

OH is all sold out now...get it while you can!

how did you like the new one? its floating around NYC....

the new cases are floating around NYC...what did you think?

did you get to try the new one yet?

we did! plenty did get sent to CT - let us know if you need to be in contact with our local rep - alternatively, you can try using the Sixpoint BeerFinder app

    that's a good sign!

    what's the verdict Sammy?

all of us together are writing the story of this beer - as we said, its a riff, and we'll keep on Jammin!

thank you Dr - let's keep it goin!

we did get a pallet up to you guys...let us know if you need help finding it - before its gone!

that's great to hear - worked hard on both of those beers!

    how did the comparison go?

pretty astute observation! The coriander was dialed back, but only about 4%. Good palate!

Actually...Jammer 2.0 did ship about a week ago, so if you saw it pop up in your store around then, it might be the one! As stated before, check the code date to verify....cheers

Tried my first Jammer yesterday on tap in Bridgeport, CT - and now after reading this thread I have no idea which version I had!
Regardless, I enjoyed it more than other Goses I've had. Could definitely recognize the saltiness at the end of each sip, but tartness was very subtle.

I had it last night. A little tarter, a little saltier, a little gosier I enjoyed it immensely

Really like the new batch. Definitely get more salt and it has more of a tart thing going on. Still just as crushable, which I believe is what Sixpoint wanted out of this beer. My glass empties too fast when I pour one of these!!!

For a Gose style beer it would appear that a pH of 3.86 is my 'sweet' spot. Or should I state 'tart' spot!?!

    Cheers!
