Worst beer day ever! Not sure why im getting bad karma but my 12 DOS was damaged and being sent back. Was way more excited abt my targets box than my own come to find out my 12 wont be here til Tuesday man my luck has got to change!
So to gripe to yall but the lady is sick of my attitude right now

 

Yes, Standard Beer Units. I think it started because a couple of my friends were trying to cut back on their drinking in order to lose some weight. So they limited themselves to something like 5 beers a week or something. We'll, one of the geniuses figured out that a single Bruery beer was a hell of a lot more impact that sipping on a 12 oz session IPA. And then I'm pretty sure I pointed out that a keg is just a single large beer And thus was born the Standard Beer Unit. Also helpful to understand why you're so fucked up at the end of the night (because that 19% beer you just split and the 12% you had by yourself numbskull!).

I'm actually having a rough beer day too -- 2 boxes in transit that have very discouraging Fedex statuses -- I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed.

 

Someone might want to text @Littlelotte88 and make sure she's ok. Her checkins today have been really impressive. I'm afraid at this point Greg may be taking away her FBD and replacing it with Bud Light.

Out of 100 boxes sent out the biggest, best, most expensive and heaviest had to get damaged. I can remember telling other when receiving a damaged box saying hey its bound to happen with enough boxes you send out but not actually having the guilt. Im super salty right now

 

I know the feeling and can sympathize (see my bitching for the last week about my 12 Days box), mine worked out decently, so hopefully yours does as well. Good luck.

 

You aren't gonna like then that a SBU is defined (by me and friends) as 12 ounces of a 4.5% beer...
