Are any of the Pittsburgh breweries not open normal hours on Sat? Thinking of maybe making my way down there. I have to pick a friend up in Butler, so figured maybe hit something up in Pittsburgh?

As Kessel being a former Bruin, and me being a Bruins fan, I can unbiasedly say that I never liked him. A punk if you will.

Dually, does the "consol energy center" serve any good craft?
Are their prices anywhere near reasonable?

I doubt both but figured I'd ask.

I admittedly haven't seen him play in action much, but I get the vibe that he is one of those players that announcers call "pure goal scorers". Basically, he scores goals and doesn't do much else a la James Neal.

Consol has a large selection of beers, but it's standard chain restaurant fare, with Magic Hat # 9 or a couple crappy Goose Island beers being the only "craft" available.

I heard both cases and all four kegs of BCBS slated for Pittsburgh this year have been allocated to Consol.

The entire allotment of BCBCS (8 bottles) will be allocated to the McMurray Sharp Edge location.

James Neal needed to be spoonfed by Evgeni Malkin, as evidenced by his goal totals every year he didn't play with Malkin. Phil Kessel is one of the highest goal scorers over the past 5 years, while playing with garbage centers. Kessel can create stuff on his own.

As for beer at Penguin games, I don't drink anything at Consol. I load up on $3 Labatt pounders at the Hotel lobby beside Consol before every game.

I hadn't had Genersl Braddocks in a while at Brew Gentlemen and was told to give it a whirl. I must say that it continues to get better. Check it out if you haven't tried it in a while.

James Neal was not as fast as kessel kessel might be the fastest person in the league. The pens really lacked skill and speed worried about the 3rd and 4th line not a fan of a Kunitz sutter duper 3rd lime

I know he's faster and a little more dynamic as an offensive threat, but can you justify that for an extra $3 million per season? Either way, it's going to be exciting watching 87 playing with a legitimate winger for an entire season.

And anyone picking up Hop Farm's Cherry Bomb this weekend?

He is at 6.25 a year since The leafs are picking up 15% so not far away from what we where paying Neal.

It's only an extra $1.8m, as the Leafs are picking up 15% of his cap hit. It is worth it.

I think you leave Hornqvist and Kunitz/Dupuis with Crosby and put Kessel with Malkin.

I recently had Mott the Lesser, which is essentially Kate the Great at Todd Mott's new brewery. It is the best beer I have had in some time. What is the best non-Pittsburgh beer yinz have had recently?
