Who's brewing this glorious 4th of July weekend?

I have a PA planned for Sunday to use up the rest of my Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra hops.

I got an all Rakau IPA on the table for tomorrow. I was lazy last weekend and didn't brew.

    90% US 2-row
    10% White wheat
    Mash 150*
    Target 1.057 OG, 1.011 FG, 6.2% ABV

    Rakau
    1 oz at each 15, 10, 5
    2 oz FO/WP
    2 oz DH
Hopshot at 60 to bring this up to 55 IBU

    US05 yeast

    124 PPM Ca, 0 Mg, 7 Na, 81 Cl, 201 SO4, 0 HCO3

I'm getting pretty sick of Chico at this point, so this will likely be my last brew with it for a while. Probably switching over to WLP013 London Ale for the rest of the summer until my water cools down a bit and I can brew an Alt. Thinking Dark Mild, Mosaic and friends Pale Ale, and ESB could be up next w/ WLP013. Love that yeast.

Just moved last week so this is a consumption weekend... gotta get through some kegs and begin work my pipeline again.

Will probably get back to brewing in about 2 weeks. Looking to make an IPA and maybe a Bitter or something similar.

I'm wanting to tackle a kolsch again. I don't have a recipe to use yet but those are easy enough to get. I'm just waiting on a larger to be done with my cooler box. I think this weekend will be a bottling weekend and I'll start a kolsch for late summer.

Ooh, ooh, pick me! I get to brew on Saturday. Pulled the bung on my Solera last weekend and saw quite a large head space. I've wanted to pull from it anyways. I also have a ECY Bug County that @OddNotion hooked me up with earlier this year that I need to brew with. Doing my first dark sour. 11 gallons, hit it with the ECY, and will use some of it to refill the Solera in a couple weeks. The remainder will age for a few months.

Planning to brew on July 5th. Brewing an Altbier, the last beer in the competition circuit. August = historically "accurate" IPA based on Steele's IPA book to age 6 months, Sept = colaboration black IPA with a brew club friend, Oct = SMASH Vienna/Australian Summer Hops/838 lager, Nov = Czech dark lager for LONGSHOT , Dec = Brunch Stout called "Lil' Boozie" to age 1 year for LONGSHOT.

just kegged up an IPA on Tuesday...somewhat of a Focal Banger clone attempt although it was a Citra/Galaxy and not Citra/Mosaic hop bill. 24hrs on 35 psi and it's about ready to rock for the 4th. Was suppose to head down to Cape Cod for the weekend for a family reunion/get-together, but my daughter is running a moderate fever, so may not be going. If staying local, will probably try to squeeze a brew day in there this weekend.

No brewing but will probably bottle two sours that have been in the secondary for around 15 months.

I just kegged a New England-style IPA yesterday. I used WY1318 London Ale III and a huge dry hop of galaxy in two stages (ala Trillium Congress Street), some Columbus as well. All I can say is I hope I didn't screw up the transfer, because this beer smelled and tasted amazing out of the fermenter. Crazy hazy, too, but I don't know if that's the yeast, the flaked wheat, or the hop oils.

This was also my first attempt at a forced transfer using CO2. I have a Big Mouth Bubbler w/ a dual ported lid, so one of the ports was used for the racking cane and the other I plugged up with a universal stopper and a modified ball-lock quick disconnect for the gas. I used CO2 to start a siphon and occasionally try to fill up some of the head space (I didn't use CO2 the entire time because the seal of the fermenter wasn't very tight). This was racked directly into the liquid out port of the purged keg. My setup was very hokey looking, but it hopefully eliminates the severe drop off in hops flavor/aroma I've been having with my IPAs.

Brewing an IPA on the 6th using a wort chiller I bought myself for my birthday on the 5th.

Also have another IPA I'm gonna start dry hopping this weekend. Slightly different hop schedule between the two, I want to be able to compare the results when they're done.

Sadly, no brewing for me as I have to work all weekend. I did finalize a new recipe for a DIPA last night that I intend to brew next weekend though. My first attempt at a DIPA was earlier on in my brewing "career" and didn't turn out all that great, so I'm excited to give the style a try again.
