    Last mention I saw on Facebook they said, "If all goes well, mid to late Summer." I'm going to 515 this evening, so if Dave happens to be around, I'll try and get an update if he has one (though I'm sure that is the #1 question he gets and is getting tired of it).

    I'd guess in the next monthish or so as we start rolling out batches on the new system (first one went to the new brite tank yesterday...).

    Whoa. SO SORRY TO INTERUPT. I've literally only heard it mentioned once. I'll be in the area a few times throughout the next month and I'm genuinely excited to be able to grab a growler. Guess I'm just not as plugged in as you, so I apologize for that.

    Their site has said Big OJ was in the fermenter for a while now and the description for Pallet Jack mentions a wheat backbone…excited that Wired Hiefer is next!

    Pallet Jack is basically messed up Big OJ. It was kinda put on the back burner as we got the new system up and running and ended up fermenting way high (we had pulled down the fermentation room and couldn't really control temps well) and has a bit of cross contamination from some belgian yeast that we probably didn't clean as well as we should have (we were a bit distracted). I'd almost call it a belgo IPA. It's good, just not Big OJ.

    Next batch of WH will have coffee put in it here in the next day or two. It's tasting pretty good, though still needs a bit of tweaking from the scale-up. Hoping it will be very similar to last batch from old system. First batch of hoppy beer through the new system (OJ) is done fermenting and will start it's dry hopping process here in the next few days. Very pleased with the result so far, and thinking it will be very close to the last batch, which was the best batch I think we've made yet.

    Ramping up production as quick as we can!

    This isn't a packaged beer and isn't sold anywhere outside of the taproom, so I don't think there should be any concern about naming their beer the same as another beer sold in the Pacific Northwest, if that is what you were getting at?
