Is the bif thread lower now or am I going crazy?

 

I think the east coast folks have conspired to try and kill me over the next few weeks. First, I received my 12 days box yesterday from Kevin, and on my first day I'm supposed to dome a growler followed by a crowler the next day. I guess I did ask for it

But then, The Enforcer comes out of nowhere and drops an absolute porch bomb on me from a blind trade we did. If there was ever any doubt about why this group is so fucking awesome look no further than this post and my next one listing all of the amazing shit Erika sent me in the Sixterhood. More on that in a few minutes.

But first - Mike's box, and he said I didn't have any of these as wants. What in the hell was I thinking?!? Shows how little I know about beer...

Caldera - Mogli - Thought I had this as a want, I'm sure it was at one point.
Birdsong - Jalapeno Pale Ale - I may have a few ounces but I'll probably need to share this
Rushing Duck - Dogs Bullocks - This is why The Locals are awesome. Never even heard of this shit.
Captain Lawrence - Golden Delicious - I seriously thought this was a want too...

Single Cut - Soulbender - This will be crushed over the weekend
Grassroots - Brother Soigne - Another beer I've seen but didn't have listed. Shame on me.

So happy I only worked until 1 today, no way I could have sat through work with these two boxes sitting next to me.

There is just way too much stuff to list, but I am so completely overwhelmed by everything she squeezed in there. Everything to the right of the challenge bottle were "extras" wtf? Who sends 3 HF 2 BA Jacks Abbey (1 coffee) and those kinds of caliber IPA's as extras. You have really outdone yourself Erika.

A little sneak peak if you're interested in this kind of stuff, a certain brewery who I happen to love very much is releasing their first offerings of 4 different beers in cans in the next 10 days. Well I thought I would try to make it up for being so late.....

The only things not Lehigh fresh are focal and and recent batch of lights on and 14. Gb sos sea hag and the rest of the cans were just bought. So hopefully they are ok

Bottle share at my place. Good thing for @PA-Michigander that I will have some things to drink with him if he can squeeze me in.

*Edit - BTW I don't think anybody else owes me a box, hell if I can remember. But if you do, please for the love of God give me at least a few weeks to recover from my liver transplant.

Oh shoot -- I forgot to label the growler -- it's not Bullfrog at all (that's just the growler I used) -- it's Peekskill Wakeup Call
-- you can find the description on BA, the brewery says -- "WAKEUP CALL 6% Made in collaboration with our good friends at Coffee Labs Roasters of Tarrytown. Lightly roasted Columbian coffee beans and Ahtanum hops are combined to make a well balanced coffee-pale ale."

I stopped at Peekskill last week for some growler fills, Wakeup Call is actually one of my favorites and rarely available. After I filled the growler I sent you (for myself) and another one I sent out (which will probably show up in this thread today), I gave them a swing top growler I was gonna fill with something else for you. But they told me that the way their tap system is set up, they couldn't fill that one (it was too tall). I was pretty sure you'd like Wakeup Call, so I decided to just send that one to you. The growler and the Single Cut Mo Shuggie Soulbender are the only age sensitive ones.
