I feel like that fat German kid messing up wonka's chocolate river. Pouring this beer filled my nose hole with chocolate delight. Muchos thanks @ohyeahitsmuff.

Beer #4 turned out to be Night Shift Orion. I'm glad to have another taste of Night Shift. This one was very interesting (in a good way). The bottle description was pretty dead on. Starts off with tart cherries and dark chocolate and ends with a slightly boozy oak finish. Another great beer from @Dicers cheers!

Sorry for not posting on Day 4, just finished working 13 hrs (first 2 hours through the pouring ass rain!!) I have been dying to tear open Day 4 and Day 5! So here we go. .

Really enjoyed this when I had it a while ago. Glad I get to have it again, especially after the night I've had! Almanac does some great things! Thx a lot for this one @BubalooBrewMaster

Now please allow me to take my shower, I can't stand the smell of my stankin ass wet feet no more! BTW, after 105 pages is this really the first #showerbeer? ? That just ain't right! I'll be back in 20 to open up Day 5. I think I may feel something corked & caged:grinning:

I guess it's time for Day 5 (although I can barely keep my fukin eyes open). I have a feeling I'm gonna have to get the tums out..

Believe it or not, but this is my first RR sour (that doesn't mean in don't have a few in the fridge). So stoked you sent this Marcos because it forces me to drink it now instead of sitting on it to share with someone!

I've been doing my own reveal at midnight, so I can tell you that you're right I've already tasted today's bottle. I can also confirm that I am excited as fuck.

This bottle is what I love about this BIF, no saving, no cellaring, no sharing. Just enjoying it all by myself.

Glad everything made it safe this time. Honestly, that bronx beer was the beer I was most nervous about, glad it was enjoyed

I forgot to post a follow up to the side by side HotD. I've had both before but never side by side. While I enjoyed both, if I had to pick a winner it would have to be Adam. Thanks again @HoppySeb for the change to try them both together.

Yeah, his Iron Throne made of guitar parts. For someone with a broken leg, they performed for almost 3 hours. I could really feel he was trying to push himself harder on the guitar and singing to make up for his ass being stuck in a chair. Really was an amazing show.

I would guess by August he might be out of the FF Throne, but he did joke about how he would have to choice when to stop using it.

So here's a little pro tip for you fellas, if you enjoy Raison d'Extra (and I do very much), there's just no way to properly slow sip it over an hour like you really should. Just ain't happening. So I arrived home last night, decided to crack it open and enjoy it while watching a movie. "Oh, this'll last me the whole time! I can judge it as it warms!" NO. All 12 oz. of 18% nectar gone in, oh, 20 minutes. And my ass in bed in 30. The good news is, 8 months or so has been kind to it, already seeing some evolution and a softening of the big alcohol bite. NOT seeing the same softening from my wife, who glared at me coming back from my morning hike today looking like death.

So, will @jawas take it easier on me today? I know the suspense is killing you....

    No, no he will not.

Clown Shoes Hammer of the Holy, an 11% RIS aged in Rum barrels, and brewed with holy water, which is appropriate because JESUS CHRIST THIS IS GONNA STING

This was the "lowest" rated beer you received. I really liked it and am a Night Shift fanboy so I wanted to include something from them. Glad you liked it

And I finally found some time to crack open the "extras" box he sent as well and it's filled with great stuff! Thanks again Rob! I'm going to try to work these in over the next week after the 12 days bottles.

I was worried about the Raison d'Extra not being "enough beer" for a 12 days. But I know the "unknown" ABV on those bottles are pretty high, and I went back and forth if it was enough or just enough. I really like Hammer of the Holy, and I hope you do as well.

Yes @Clarkson is trying to kill me or send me to rehab..

Here is Day 5 I guess its Quad Day.

Limited Quad Release and a Saint Arnold reserve 13…. Again both of these could be their own day on their own.
