    In some cases at the Funkatorium, they serve them in the larger stem tulips. They pour them half full generally. Not shorting you, it's what they pour all the time. Can't recall if they note what the pour size is on the chalkboard.

    The poor sizes aren't on the chalkboard but are on the printed taplists.
