:grinning::grinning::grinning: So glad and relieved it finally arrived. I guess you could start your 12 Days today and finish later than the rest of us or you could join in with Day 5. Whatever you want, man! I hope you will like what I have in store for you.

You asked for Local Quads - Four Swords is actually the only true local I've got, but I'm going to count Houston as local too. That DR13 is drinking amazing now BTW. Enjoy

Day #5. Won't get to drink this one tonight as I unexpectedly got called out for work. But, can't wait to crack it open ASAP.
    Cheers @Littlelotte88

You're allowed to get sick, it's ok, we won't punish you. Just know, when you get better you might as well take the day off to get drunk and catch up!

Glad you guys enjoyed them Eddy. Last snow beat out MBCP for me as well. It's just one of my all time favorites, right up there with ALL the lil beavers I got to try (and will continue to try, right @bevoduz )

@Syracuse12 also sent one of those to me which my buddy and I really enjoyed. Quite different in a good way.

Jester King Snorkel Batch 2. That's Luigi looking on.

Loving all these farmhouses. This one is a bit odd with the salt and mushrooms, but still really nice!

After a BB Porter day, today is much easier with a nice NC cider

How'd you like that one? North Carolina has seen an explosion of really, really nice cideries in the past year ortwo; doing dry, complex ciders instead of the sugarbomb Woodchucks of the world. I choose that one for you by just a hair above Windy Hill cidery stuff. Seemed like a nice break.

The new place in the square for French Broad is... PACKED.. It's more restaurant, unlike the old place that was a cafe..

Our secret? If you don't care for having a drink or coffee, and just want their chocolates and treats.. The Factory is over next door to GreenMan. Literally.. next door. You can park on the street, go to greenman, drink.. go down the street, get chocolate.. and then take a left and another left and you are in Burial.

We go to the tasting room and the factory store. It's easy to miss, but you can sample in there, buy it up, the whole nine.. maybe slightly more limited selection, but hard to really tell.

It definitely is a nice, dry cider with some sweetness to it still. This is really good

Not usually into smoked beers, but this one REALLY worked! The cherry wood really came through, and I LOVE scotch. Really outstanding buddy, thanks!!

Day 5 is a change of pace from the big stouts I've been treated to the last couple days.

And it's a very interesting beer. A collaboration of breweries and styles.

Today I'm drinking Stillwater/Siren -- When the Light Gose Out -- Black Gose.

It's an enjoyable beer, but I wish it packed more of the sourey gose punch. Very interesting idea nonetheless!
