    I think it's a reasonable responsibility for a brewer to do a quick name search of sites such as Untappd, BA, Ratebeer, Google before using a beer name. It's not a big deal, helps to avoid confusion by customers who like to check in or rate beers. Not all of them read the name of the brewery before hitting the enter button.

    By that logic, no brewery should be allowed to have the generic name of "IPA" or "ESB" or "Pils" for any of their beers either, as someone could just hit the enter button without looking at the name of the brewery when reviewing on Untappd, BA, Ratebeer, etc. Got it!

    Got in yesterday and really enjoyed Passé and Mediocre. Passé had a great, pulpy cloudiness, and Mediocre was a brilliant clean, shiny Mosaic show case. These bars are on the same tier as Todd, Sue and the TG Mosaic beers. World class.

    I agree about Mediocre. That is a really good brew. I also really love Passe', but not ready to put it in the same tier as Todd or Sue. It is close. Maybe a minor tweak and it will be there?

    It's a little behind them in terms of aroma/and flavor blast, but I really really liked how cloudy/pulpy it was and it was close enough for to me generally view it as world class.

    Also lulz at me writing "bars" instead of "beers" in the previous post.

    Did you happen to have batch 1 of Passé that was on tap back in March(ish)? To me, that batch was much juicier, and for me, better than the current batch. I love both batches, but batch 1 was maybe one of the best single hopped citra beers I've ever had.

    Agreed about this version of Passe vs. the first. First one was ridiculously good, this one missed the mark a bit.

    We feel the same way about Big Grove. Nice to have some regional beer tourism within the state, though.

    I missed that batch. Not trying to be a downer. Its a fantastic beer. I would put it in the same category as Zombie Dust then Psuedo or Todd. I agree with Bobandy in that it is world class. Will drink that over most brews :slight_smile:!

    Starting today, 515 will now be open on Wednesday's (3-9). Woohoo for further extended hours!

    Additionally, it sounds like they will be soon hiring a full time Taproom Manager to run the day-to-day operations on that front.

    It seems like it's been "soon" for two years. Not complaining at all, and I'm probably wrong on the timeline anyways. I think it's great they're already selling out without growlers, and deservedly so: they're beer is absolutely fantastic. Just hoping it's actually "soon!" :slight_smile:
