I'm not, but maybe my Saison made with 3724 will finally finish and I can bottle it. This sunday will make 11 weeks since it was brewed.

I've got a club brew day on Sunday...brewing up a Bluejacket Brewing Mexican Radio clone. Just got the water profile from well we'll be using...holy crap, been brewing the hard way for years. Can't believe I've been softening my water with acid for so many years when 5 miles away the water goes from 261ppm bicarbonates down to 46ppm. Will be filling jugs in the future for pales/light beers...but of course Murphy's Law comes into play here since I want the hard water for this brew...

At the Zoo today. Tomorrow I'm brewing up a new school APA. Mosaic & Citra with house Brett brux strain. Should be about 5% ABV. Saisons are done dry hopping so they will go into the keezer. Might pull from my Solera too and rack the dark sour from last weekend into it.

I'll be making a Zombie Dust clone. I'm only using the online clone info as reference, making small adjustments to my specific preference and pushing to the line of PA / IPA.

    Here it is:
    6 gallon batch
    72% efficiency
    OG: 1.065
    FG: 1.018
    ABV: 6.2%
    IBU: 68
    SRM: 8.8

    Grains:
11 lbs 12.8 oz Maris Otter
8 oz Simpsons Medium Crystall (55L)
    8 oz Melanoiden
    1 lbs 2 oz Dingemans Munich (5.5L)
    8 oz Carafoam

    Hops:
    0.75 oz Citra @ FWH
    1.25 oz Citra @ 15 mins
    1.25 oz Citra @ 10 mins
    1.25 oz Citra @ 5 mins
    1.5 oz Citra @ 1 mins
3 oz Citra @ 5 days dry hop

    Wyeast 1968 – London ESB

    Mash:
    60 mins @ 151
    10 mins @ 168

On Sunday I'll be brewing an extract version of the House Pale Ale recipe courtesy of @JohnSnowNW . Should be interesting with 95-degree temps forecasted, but I'm looking forward to that hop goodness.

I am really really hoping to get a chance to brew this weekend. If I do, it will be a take on a Special Bitter. Still working on the recipe, keeping it very simple. If anyone has suggestions of past successes feel free to let me know! I have not brewed one before.

Thinking something along the lines of:
    6.5lbs Pearl
    0.25lb Victory
    0.25lb Carastan

Expecting about 85% efficiency on such a small beer I believe would get me close to an OG of 1.042.

    Wyeast 1318

Hop to about 25-30 ibus with some late additions but nothing incredibly overpowering. Maybe Willamette and Ahtanum for a little bit of American hop flavor. Nothing intense though.

Not sure if you've got time...but I would recommend emailing John @ Perfect Brewing Supply based in Indiana...we talked Zombie Dust clone recipe for a while out at NHC and it sounded like he had it dialed in...but also sounds pretty similar to what you've got listed there...

I would suggest Wyeast 1469 West Yorkshire, as a substitute. Otherwise, looks good.

Outstanding for you to mention it, much thanks for the feedback! I'm going to let this one ride. Some things may move me away from direct clone just due to preferences.

    For example I like:
    Maris Otter > US 2-row
    English Crystal > US Crystal
Munich Dingemans > Weyermann > Briess

Will be brewing up a DIPA on Sunday, shooting for OG 1.078, 90 IBUs. Simcoe for bittering then late hop additions from 15 to FO of Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic. Plan on running it through the hopback with Simcoe and Citra, DH'ing with a blend of Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic.

Yes, brewing an all grain batch for the first time in a few months. Going to use safale abbaye in a belgian pale ale, has anyone used this yeast?

    Along the lines of

80% Muntons extra pale ale spring blend
    10% sugar
    6% caramber
    4% torrified wheat

    Admiral hops to about 26ibu

    1.055 OG

Yes. Trying to improve my session IPA and brewing it again with a few modifications. Also using a grapefruit zest tincture this time before bottling.
