    That's the only bottling date I've seen as it entered Chicago area. Can't figure out why they sit on this for so long.

    I've been trying those Cortland beers lately. It must have been last nights Flight Level 41oh, Butters that finally got you to run out and get some. :rolling_eyes:
    I want to like them, being a local brewery and all, but I'm finding most of their stuff is just ok. I think I'd go back for the Sunrise Coffee stout, the Pale and IPA, but the others not so much.
    Hope you enjoy your beers and this sunshine that we've been missing out on lately!:slight_smile::slight_smile:

    I still can't get hold of Jai Alai where I live but at least I found this at my local bottle shop. What a fine specimen of Pale Ale. Delicious!

    Thanks! I used the sour wort method described by @FATC1TY. After the mash I cooled to 115, racked to a carboy with little headspace and added some uncrushed grains. It soured in 4-5 days. Then boiled for 15 min. and pitched yeast. Very tasty!
