    I run clinical and process improvement efforts in hospitals, specifically Emergency and Pediatrics at the moment. Not really what I thought I'd be doing (interned here in the business side of things and left with degrees in Econ and English), but it's interesting, challenging work that tries to actively help Baltimore and the surrounding areas (and anyone coming in for special cases).
