I wanted to play Check Roulette with our Pick-a-Dippa last night and no one wanted to play with me

 

But that BBQ Barbacoa Reet was on point.

 

Fucking @Robert_Baratheon got one that I swear was 2x the size right before me. Mine was an 8oz pour but I swear his was like a 14.

 

hahaah it was all pretty hilarious. The rep asked the bartender "so do you guys have a plan?" and she was like uhhhhhh wut.

Then he asked this MOD "do you guys have enough glasses for CBS and KBS?" and he was like "uhhhhh wut".

Meanwhile I was sitting there like an asshole with my CBS goblet.

 

CBS was really impressive though. The maple worked very well and it had a much more substantial body than the KBS.

 

But the name "Founders" is just...meh

 

You do know that people have these things called opinions, and in a lot of instances they will differ than yours, right?

Also, I believe this is a picture of the line for a Pliny the Younger release.

 

They had $10/10oz pour on the board when I was there, but I was being served in these tiny cylindrical glasses that were a bit bigger than what you'd get at a fest. I'd guess it was 6-8 oz. But they ended up only charging $9/pour.

I love drinking at Mad Mex because I feel they have some of the cleanest lines around, but Christ... get your shit together!

 

You do know of a thing called sarcasm and in a lot of instances it is used to liven things up when they are stale or boring.

 

They also accidentally tapped Otter Creek Backseat Berner instead of KBS and the rep had to be like WHOA BRO.

It was a great time all around.

 

I wonder if anyone in attendance experienced a Smokin Joe's flashback?

 

So what did Hough's have last night? The initial picture said stay turned to facebook but they never said anything last night.

 

Haha, good point. So they tell us to stay tuned and then tell us absolutely nothing.

I know this was aimed at troy, but for the record, I wasn't trying to trash on your opinion of founders - I'm still just really curious what major craft breweries you prefer.
