IT's a list on the internet... on thrilllist... what do you expect

Personal favs in Maryland are Stillwater and Brewer's Art and many more.
As for DC... I'd fav DC Brau, Right Proper by far

I think this is a pretty good list. I'd say they got 70% of them right and some of them are close enough (i.e. you could argue Trillium over Tree house in MA, but hard to say Tree House is a bad choice for #1).

I personally would've put either 18th Street or Black Acre.

These lists are always kinda silly but their Arizona and Oregon choices are ridiculous

Oregon is off in my opinion but the most egregious choice is Ohio. Really? Hopping Frog?? No way. Outside that I'd say a very respectable list.

Love me some half acre, but it's hard to argue with anything that Pipeworks is putting out right now(as I sip this Square Grouper)

Man, what does everyone have against Breakside? Not saying I think it's right, but I wouldn't argue against it if someone wanted to say their the best brewery in Oregon.

I used to go to bat for Left Hand but as time goes on I'm realizing more and more that; Nope, its just 400 Pound Monkey and the Nitro Stout that are exceptional. The rest are pretty okay at best.

Pretty accurate list although I am puzzled with how Hoppin Frog is Ohio's number 1. I live in this state and I can assure you that I speak for most craft beer drinking residents when I say Jackie O's, Fat Head's, and Great Lakes are much better. Also, I think Bell's is better than Founders in that state up North (go buckeyes)

I was scrolling through it thinking it was a pretty good list until I got to my state. Hoppin' Frog?? No way. Jackie O's is 3 times better and I would argue that Great Lakes or Fat Head's is the best.

100 % in agreement up to the Bell's part. But seriously, HF!?? Have they even had other Ohio beers?

Wow. Missed that one. Du Claw can't be the best the state has to offer. I hope...

I'd contend with Four Peaks being chosen as the best in Arizona. Fate, Az Wilderness, and Iron John's certainly could give them a run for their money, even if they have a lot more than these smaller breweries.

Tripe like this article's choice for Maryland is why our beer has zero trade value :slight_frown:

I like Fremont from WA but I would have selected Reubens or Black Raven.

Founders is great, but I would definitely put Short's over them. Just a personal preference, but they do make great beers, and they have a great indigenous vibe that can't be beat here in Michigan.

Shorts is great! Oddside is also a huge Michigan underdog.

Though I could argue all day about the Illinois pick I wholeheartedly agree with Wisconsin's New Glarus! It is amazing and forces me to travel for my spotted cow!

Can't forget about Dark Horse in Michigan! Them and Shorts are 1 and 2 in my opinion.
