    August tasting - @beast464 did you want to host next? or I can. both are north of annapolis, sean is a little closer to Baltimore..

    BCBS &Creation Tasting, Spiced Stout Blind Tasting, or Regular mix?

    I can do August 16th if that works for everyone. For the BCBS creations, how are you infusing those? I have some nibs, french oak chips, and raspberries, definitely no kopi. I need to see how many bottles I have.

    For the BCBS infustions, i was thinking we make a few concentrated bottles in mason jars or whatever, then mix with fresh to add carb back. For Cinn and vanilla - i can drop them into bottles a week before and put a stopper on top. Same would work for the nibs.

    I plan on making a fat wash for bacon, cocnut, and maybe peanut butter

    August is the busiest month for work for me -- most dates are already blacked out for requests off and chances are I will be working 6 day weeks at least 3 weeks in august, so I'm probably out no matter what even if I happen to luck into the share date off

    Looks like I won't make this one unless it's on the 29th.
    I will be out of town the 8th, 15th and 22nd.

    It's looking like the 29th works best for everyone else. Not sure if I can do that, I'll either be out of town doing a football draft or it's my wife's birthday, so I'm booked either way. I'll be in TX next 2 weeks hoping to bring back some Atrial Rubicite.

    The 22nd is the only weekend I can make it in August, so this works for me. If you need BCBS, let me know. Definitely a no-go on the 8th-9th and I close on a house August 24th, so the 28th-29th is also out for me.

    Looks like the 22nd it is. I'm free any weekend, but the 4th or 11th, so any later in the month work for me.
