No. It's a moot point for me. All are entitled to their opinion on here. Good day to you all.

Don't want to burst your bubble, but GF versions are often poured at the pub and brewery in Alpine, too.

Disinformation is pretty far afield from opinion. If there is genuine disinformation, correcting it is a lot more constructive than ambiguously saying it exists but declining to point it out.

I don't think disinformation means what he thinks it means.

There is one bit of information that is definitely wrong: 10 million dollars. LOL

Yeah, I'm just splitting hairs: it's inaccurate information meant to intentionally deceive. What you're talking about is just stupidity.

We can disagree but all three would have done a much better job in my opinion and I feel would have been producing a better product by now and have it in bottle production. GF has been brewing Nelson, Duet and Hoppy Birthday now for almost two years and are still screwing it up. Yes there are other factors but
I know. I've seen the GF version of Nelson there before. When I'm there I normally stay with Nelson, Pure Hoppiness, Keene, Bad Boy and that one great weekend Good. You can tell if it's a GF version of Nelson by looking at the glass.

Only by notice you mean that I saw more of it consistently when FSW was brewing it, then yes. By flavor and nose...nope...didn't notice a thing.

Ah, so there are BAs intentionally attempting to deceive each other over this matter. Got it.

Actually, I'm not taking this as seriously as I'm sounding.

    And I like your avatar.

You mean disinformation that the GF alpine beers are not good? Or confusion over if the GF alpine beers are really not good? or wild conjecture that the GF alpine beers are not good?

Cause I can tell you they aren't good without any disinformation, confusion or wild conjecture.

Conjecture: misinformed about confusion? or confused about disinformation? or is it misinformation?

I'm not trying to deceive anyone.

First of all, why haven't we started a gofundme page or some kickstarter type shit for Nelson hops. Maybe if we raise enough cash for the Nelson hops we'll get Alpine brewed Nelson in 6 pack cans or something. (Come on Pat!!!) We. Can. Do. This.

The funny thing is, they probably could have pulled something like this off if they'd ever lifted a finger to build goodwill with their customer base.

Are any of you guys chemical engineers? Because if you were, you would understand that batch scale up is not as simple as using bigger equipment and more raw materials. Especially so since Alpine brewed such small runs of batches. Most breweries should have a chemical engineer validating this stuff.

I also highly doubt that alpine had many quantitative quality control systems in place which makes replicating batches near impossible.
