You should review it. I had to add the beer even though I know Monocacy has offered it at their place in Frederick. Can't believe it didn't get on BA before now.

Wanted to share that I got to meet up with another Local, finally. Even though @mbmiche and I don't live to far away it has been pretty tough to coordinate schedules but we worked something out today so I could cross another coveted handshake off the list.

Before I left, he decided to drop this mega bomb on me!!!

Got completely shut out, and pretty salty about not being able to buy BA Abduction and he must have remembered or something. Matt is an awesome dude and Locals stud.

    You are the man, Reed!

Talk to @NickyPogs, he might be able to hook you up.

Well thanks for the offer, but......

Once again, you are the man Reed. I'll have to dig in the cellar and see what I got for you troubles.

I've only had a few stoneface (in the hospital while I was celebrating the birth of my daughter--cheers again NJB145!). I had two of their IPAs, and they still easily rank in my top ten Pales. Awesome brews!

My cellar was running a little low, so I didn't have too much that was out of your distro (since we do only live tens of miles apart...) "sitting around," but I certainly remember BMing with you (let the jokes begin) trying to track down this one. You mentioned that that you couldn't find it, so... Enjoy! Lord knows you do the same for a lot of people in here. And for my very first ever #localshandshake, I had to try to find something a little special.

But don't let @NickyPogs fool you, he came prepared too. He dropped of this little package on me too...

I've had SSU once before and absolutely loved it. After the @vitaminvert shotgun...attempt...I can't wait to tear into this bad boy again. I'm leaving for a golf weekend early tomorrow. Breakfast?
As close(ish) as I am to Upland, and as many times as I've entered the lotteries, I haven't had the chance to try but one, Malefactor (it actually made distro near me). I'm super excited to try a fruited Upland!
And, I've only had one oddside too (Hipster Brunch--thanks Keith!)--So I can't wait to try the Morningwood (again--let the jokes fly)!

Nick also dropped off another special treat, but I'm going to stay mum about that one for a while...:sunglasses:

Thanks again Nick! It was great to finally meet such an upstanding local in person!

@ajaylock - please come forward and explain this assault on my wants list and porch!
    (He said I can blame/thank @NickyPogs)

Love coming home to an unexpected box:

    So much goodness here:
    Real Ale Gose (want)
    Oasis Meta Modern IPA
    Karbach Hop Delusion Imp IPA
Crooked Stave Petite Sour Passion Fruit (big want; loved the blueberry version)
Yellow Rose (permawant - had it one time in Austin and remember enjoying it, but was pretty far gone. Will be a great revisit)
Lakewood Temptress Imp Milk Stout - delicious beer.
Lakewood Temptress Mole - spiced/peppered version of the above. Really starting to come around on spicy beers
Homebrew? - it says 1503 on the bottle cap I believe. Clarification please?
Wild Sour Counter Clockweisse & Lynbrook Raspberry Sour (brewery want/never had)

So there you have it... 4 wants, 2 permawants, a couple nice sounding locals, and homebrew.

Thank you so much for the generosity, it is very much appreciated!
Now the only question is..... why?

32oz? Granted it was Beast, or whatever was onhand, but in college we had a two-story beer bong on the side of our house that could hold 6 12oz cans. I don't think I ever saw anyone finish it (honestly, the resulting pressure causes the liquid to go into you too quickly...), but 4 was a reasonable accomplishment.

Pony Bar is my normal hangout when I'm in NYC, though the last time I was there we ended up in Valhalla and (at least that night) I'm pretty sure I enjoyed it better.

I would never drink from a funnel that I couldn't see the top of. No telling what is going into that thing!

Upon much thought and consideration I have come to the conclusion that due to his repeated actions @LehighAce06 deserves, no no...needs, no no no cries out from the mountain tops...for another nickname other than Big Spoon

And those of you that get the reference, I hope, will understand how perfect this is....

    I dub thee.......

    GIBBY !!!!!

    Lurks back out.......
