Was at my local Total Wine today, apparently the Positive Contact boxes weren't selling as they would like. Stock person was cutting them open and putting them on the shelf for $12.

Kinda makes the indy bottle shops look pretty smart by doing this right off the bat.

I love DFH but I would never buy six 750ml of an unknown beer from them or anyone for that matter. So glad my local bottles shops sold them as singles from the start.

it wad a smart move. I dont know many (if any) 750 mL beers I would buy a six pack of. Hunahpu is one, but god damn that price would SUCK.

They don't seem to be trading well here either. On a rather funny note, the Indian gentleman that owns 1 of the liquor stores I buy from, told me a cutomer got $250 for the box on Ebay or some hip hop site.Don't think I believe that one.

Glad I was able to snag a single bottle as well. Only thing I buy 6 bottles of 750 mLs is Cantillon, Fantome, and Drie Fonteinen. Just sayin'.

They would be selling well if you could buy them in Georgia... :slight_frown:
