    Um, Bourbon County variant rush in Chicago or anywhere else with good distribution. Just forget the rest of your life for Thanksgiving and Black Friday and then go back to it when the dust has settled. Wives can be made unmad.

    Are all the variants release at the GI Brewery on Black Friday or just released around around Chicago as with the other areas of distro?

    Stores, not the brewery but Goose Island Clybourn typically has some cool stuff on tap and (at least in the past) a BCBS pairing event with some special goodies. Your time frame is perfect. Hit the road with your mules in September and go directly to Binny's Lincoln Park. You'll likely be within the first 200 in line and probably get some Prop. on Black Friday!
