    Bad move, Founders!

If I can't look at a baby eating oatmeal while I'm pouring my beer, I'd at least like to see some titties!!!!

Wait a minute, im confused. So New Hampshire had a problem with Founders but this is ok? Seems a bit hypocritical, no?

According to Founders, the label did not meet state regulations so they have to change it

After all the bitching about the label change, it's going to be really funny when everyone's trying to get a Michigan bottle because the different label is a collectors item.

To be clear the original law dates back to at least 2014 in NH. The point of the law was to not allow beer to be marketed to minors like cigarettes did in the "old" days with Joe Camel. The law includes many things but specific to this situation is that no minor shall appear on the label. The proposed change to that law that was signed in June was to alter the language so that the NH alcohol commission can deem whether a label with a minor on the label is marketed towards youths or not. A baby eating oatmeal is not while a bunch of high school cheerleaders with a funnel might be considered marketing to kids.

Why do people keep on bringing up New Hampshire? This has nothing to do with New Hampshire.

I feel the need to insert the obligatory "baby come back" song.

I actually thought it was a clever response to the ridiculousness of the situation.

Saw some bottles from last fall on the shelf the other day. It is not in my plan for summer drinking, but no matter what the label looks like, could be just blank or say "FBS", I'll still enjoy a few next winter

Surprisingly the 8 month old 4 pack of vintage original label FBS tastes just as good if not better than fresh FBS. The original label makes it taste better over time apparently. #science :stuck_out_tongue:

Initially the problem was with the douchey legislators in New Hampshire which probably drew the attention of the douchey Michigan legislators. New Hampshire dropped the label ban while Michigan decided to keep it. Thanks New Hampshire!!!

No, sorry, not buying it. This is all about the Internet and bad reading comprehension. Who knows why MI got all jacked up but the reason people keep bringing up NH is because they can't be bothered to educate themselves on what is really happening.
