This just might be my favorite of the Planet Series.

Yeppers. About 2 total hours at 200 degrees, followed by another fry. It won't be ready until around 3:30-4 pm. (Keep in mind: dinner time, and thus the evening, is traditionally 5 pm for me, so our definitions of "afternoon" may vary. )

I have heard good things about this beer. One of the few from Mispillion I have not tried yet.

It's a solid beer, solid hoppiness, good malt backbone, State Line had some canned 7/1/15 last weekend.

Great album choice! I always thought it to be a little metal as well as punk.

I usually just try to sear the sh*t out of it, with some rosemary, thyme & whole garlic cloves. Then I let it rest, add shroomery, and deglaze with wine. No marinade needed; maybe a night to cure with salt & pepper but that's it.
