Did you get your tickets emailed to you right away? In past years I have. This year I got the receipt but no ticket email yet.

I'm not too concerned yet, but just preparing myself to #panic.

As of 1:19, tickets still available. Didn't they sell out in 10 or 15 minutes last year?

Yeah I think you're right. Maybe they are allowing more tickets this year? I hope they're not trying to turn this thing into a 4 hour shit show. :grimacing:

yeah, noticed it was 4 hours this year. Thought it was 3 hours last year? I also thought that I paid $55 or $60 per ticket last year vs. the $50 this year. Could be wrong on all of this tho, I drink a lot of beer :grinning:

This might have something to do with other stuff going on that day. Festival Palomino will probably snag a large number of people. It's also Zwanze day, although I have no idea how many people attend that...

Damn. I bought the tickets without even looking at the date. I already have tickets for Festival Palomino. Gonna have to make a decision...

I wonder if they had more tickets available to sell this year due to less people buying them via the 6 pack option since they changed Winterfest to 2 days. Just random speculation, but don't know if it would have much of an impact or not.

Well, I have 2 extras to sell at face value if someone does get shut out. Buddy flaked when he realized it was the same day as ZD.

Man that totally stinks it's the same day as Festival Palomino.... it's a tough decision, but I get to so few concerts these days and really was looking forward to this one. I think I gotta pass on ABR this year...

This is not even remotely true, & I don't want anyone lulled into a false sense of security.

Tickets sold out in record time last year. I was one of the people who figured trying at 1PM was no problem since they'd been around forever in previous years. There were indeed a few tickets "released" when people's buy-time expired during the first day, but it was completely, utterly sold out on the day of the ticket release.

Thats true although there were a ton of tickets on Craigslist last year for face value up to the day of the event, so its not impossible to go if you miss it...
