hit up both TH spots yesterday..neither was crowded at all(surprised)..really enjoyed the Fermentaria..very spacious, and the service was great..had the Carnitas tacos which were really good..plan on getting back down to the area later this summer and hit up a few more breweries in the Philly area

I'm living in delaware for the summer and TH is quickly becoming my favorite spot anywhere. You can't beat the food, beer, and atmosphere. Jean has done an incredible job.

I'm going to be passing through in a couple weeks on a saturday. I can only hit one spot. My wife and kids (ages 5 and 3) will also be with me. Which spot should we stop at for lunch? The cafe or fermentaria? Thanks!

With kids, fermentaria. More space and they also have more drafts.

Summer time. Everyone is at the shore for the weekend. Conshy is practically a ghost town on summer weekends, I'm sure that the main line is the same way.

Fermentaria also has high chairs, which you may not need depending on how well your 3 year old sits in a chair.

However, I went there this past Saturday - and they only had like 3 high chairs in the place, which were all in use. Fortunately we always travel with a fold-up high chair, but it was kind of annoying. On Fathers' Day they had like 15 high chairs, where did they all go?

They chopped up the chairs and are using the wood to age on their next beautiful and delicate IPA.

I'd say the opposite. Kids don't take up a lot of space, and you probably don't need more drafts if you're driving around with kids in tow. I say start them young, but five and three are probably a little too young. At that age, they'll just complain that every beer is "too bitter". Hence, you'll be the only one drinking.

Does anyone know what the most recent instagram pic means? Its a hand holding an unlabeled green bottle that is capped, so I assume its full of beer. The caption is "a new format for a beer we love #ourison"

Have they bottled a new beer? Don't places usually label the bottles before filling them? Why would they use green bottles? What does the hashtag mean? So many questions!

I'm guessing it means Handfarm in (what looks like 750ml) green bottles
