    Congrats...if I were you and in Chicago, I'd head to Kumas right now for a celebratory burger. Maybe an Iron Maiden?

    Oh Man, you are missing out. Just make sure you go at off peak hours like late on a Sunday or 3pm on a weekday. Damn, I miss Chicago.

    Damn, I wish I was still going to chicago. Had a buger at three penny taproom last night with Swiss, bacon, fresh pickled jalapeños, fresh lettuce and house grainy mustard.

    i gladly accept, with one condition. jp and myself start the "best burger" bif, where people submit their best ideas and then they are voted on. to be an on going "sandwich" bif. winner gets some beers and some local condiments.

    I don't dig too much on goat cheese, but if that's an average example of their burgers, I will be making a stop on my way to DLD next year.

    There are some good spots in CO for burgers. I love the Cherry Cricket in Denver. There's also a small chain called Sanfords in CO, WY, and MT. The one in Fort Collins is horrid, but I've been to the ones in Casper and Sheridan WY and had my mind blown. Their Cardiac Arrest is probably my favorite: Cajun spiced patty, fried onion straws, fried pickles, bacon, pepperjack, and ranch dressing.

    This is a fantastic idea. Maybe make it beer related by providing a pairing? Or maybe the Bros like burgers as much as we do.

    Great idea...hopefully I can do the same. That burger hasn't been available for a couple years but they have about 25 others to choose from and they are all named after metal bands.

    Made Jpark's burger tonight. Not the best presentation, but we were eating late and I was starving. This was fantastic.
