Looking for suggestions for local brewery's to visit while in Minnesota. I will be staying in Chanhassen, and looking for something that will be close by(15 mins or so). I was thinking about checking out either Granite City Brewing since I have to be in Edina for a day, or Enki Brewing. Suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

    Cheers!

If you are going to be in Edina, you could hit up some of the south Minneapolis breweries, maybe even Town Hall Tap. Steel Toe is in St Louis Park and depending what part of Edina you are in, could be considered close.

Outside of Enki, Badger Hill and Waconia Brewing are out that way.

Schram vineyards would be close to that range wouldn't it?

Excelsior Brewing might be the closest to Chanhassen that I can think of.

I guess it should be mentioned that a lot of breweries are not open Monday or Tuesday with some not open on Sunday either. I would be best to check their website to see when they are open before you go.
