I believe this is a diet and exercise related dilemma. I have never been intoxicated on Bud. Craft??? That's a different story...

I'll be damned. I think you've just named the one circumstance in which I'd be willing to share some bud with a friend/buddy. Well played sir...

I think you misunderstood my use of the word. I was not referring to getting drunk, but just to the fact that pretty much any amount of alcohol is going to have an intoxicating effect, no matter how minimal. Assuming diet coke and bud tasted the same and had the same amount of calories, then I would likely still opt for the diet coke, just to aviod the intoxicating effects of the alcohol (minimally present, I'll grant you) in Bud. At this stage of my life, I don't ever drink just to feel intoxicated, no matter how minimally.

Scenario: You are in Atlantic City, rolling the dice, at the BJ tables, or taking chance at the slots.... The girls offer you free Buds (as is the case in casinos, free drinks for those who are gambling) Would you decline if no other alcoholic beverage was available? Or settle for soda or water?

Cant beat the can. Bring it anywhere and the 'Man' wont give you that much sh*t for bringing on the beach compared to the bottle...unless there's a tiki bar on that same beach, then I'm in for a pint!

Honestly, if its cold, i don't mind one medium over another

No, nobody has brought that up. What a creative response.

I rarely drink Bud anymore, I just get so sick of all the holier than thou attitudes towards cheap crappy beer. So I have to play Devil's advocate you know.

I have done this before, and in Wisconsin of all places. And it really reminds you that beer is beer, no matter what. It's the people that matter.

I tend to stay away from the Bud products, for some reason I can only drink a few without waking up the next morning feeling like crap, but if I had to choose I would say straight from the tap into a nice frosted pint would be my first choice

I have never been a big fan of Budweiser. I was a malt liquor drinker in my youth. Lol! However that was my dads beer of choice growing up and my uncle happened to work at the Fairfield, CA location and we would buy cases of cans for $7 a pop!

So I guess I choose "CAN" if you corner me but i'd rather not drink it at all! Ironically I just visited my Dads grave and shared a tall can with him this past Sunday for his bday, and I gotta say I still dont have a taste for it! Sorry Dad!

I'd decline it, and tell her I would prefer diet coke. Or some other soda.

Haven't been to a casino in a while, but last time I was at one, you could get SNPA. So I got that.

Let me be clear about this. I do not care for Bud, and getting it for free would not make it any more palatable. I don't care for brussel sprouts or lima beans either. Doesn't matter if there's no cost involved, I wouldn't want to eat them either.

Sam Adams, Harpoon or anything else that looif it's important to you.
I'm not going to apologize for not liking bud.
Sam or Harpoon at events. Bud just doesn't taste good or agree with me. I can't apologize for that.

BUD in a Red ,White, and Blue can on the south side of Chicago with some buddies, I'll never pass up. Grew up on it, different tastes now but still a soft spot.
