That's actually a great point you make. If all of the bottles are the same and its about either taking a label off and putting on another, or reproducing a label to look like a prop or rare etc. that will be pretty terrible.

Please stop with your terrible ideas. 12oz/bombers was the perfect size. 12oz is perfect to split or drink alone.

GI Announced on their twitter that they will have a back label to provent this. The nexk label is not the only one.

I'm not surprised they changed the packaging after how many were fucked up (cracked, molded, inconsistantly filled) last year.

    Has everyone already forgotten this?

The more I look at them the more I love them. To be perfectly honest as long as the pricing stays the same per oz I dont think the 500ml will be terrible. Even better for splitting 8oz instead of 6 and still reasonable to knock down on your own. The bid fear is pricing on these at this point.

Was the original Rare priced at $50 everywhere or was it lower in certain regions?

I'm sure I'm in minority, but
    1. I like the bottle design as well as "label"
    2. I actually enjoy the 0.5l size. Perfect for french pressing some nilla & coconutz too

Of course I'm worried that we will be able to buy less than last year on Black Friday...on the other hand may be easier to get Rare & Prop, so overall I'm pretty happy about the news.

You know, this is a good point. The new size is ideal for splitting between two people. I don't think it's great for single-person consumption (at least not for me)--it's the equivalent of almost four "normal" (12 oz of 5% abv) servings of beer. And I think it's a little too small to split with more than two people--seems like three would be about the maximum.

This new bottle design is nothing but bad. Pure money grab, nothing else. Regular BCBS will now be $9.99 per bottle as opposed to the $5.99 for the 12 oz. It's an increase from 50 cents/ounce to 59 cents/ounce. Doesn't seem like a big deal until you realize you're forced into purchasing 5 more ounces per bottle. So for someone like me, who just likes to have BCBS around for some casual drinking once in a while, it's now $40 just have four bottles in my possession compared to $24 in year's past.

It's also worse for shares as far as the variants are concerned, by switching them to smaller bottles. I guarantee whatever price reduction there is on variants going to smaller bottles won't offset the price increase of the the regulars going from 12 to 16.9.

It's not, the price went up. $9.99 for the regular BCBS in 16.9 oz. this year.

Regular went up like 8ct an ounce. Im sorry but that is not enough to ruffle my feathers. Im slightly more concernd about the variant pricing. But who am I kidding I will buy what every they will sell me just like every year.

I like Saved by the Bell, but thats a pretty generic statement and not really a fan of the whole GIF of every quote from every show made. But i like that you went there.

4-packs of regular were still only $19.99-21.99 here last year so a 30%-40% increase here. Could be way worse but not thrilled about it.

Yea. They were 24.99 in chicago so its not that much of an increase.
