    The NH legislation is no longer in effect. This label is for MI use based on the info that is out there. NH should get FBS this year and it will be the OG label. All of the info is available in the posts on this thread.

    People are too damn sensitive nowadays :slight_frown: Its our government telling us to be offended by all this stupid stuff so that we spend all our time being offended and LESS TIME watching what those jackwads in our government are up to!!!!!!!!

    Not 100% sure but I think FBS has been bottled for over 10 years now. Funny how up until now Michigan didn't have a problem with the label. Almost like there was some unnecessary puritanical drama started in another state which was suddenly catapulted right in Michigan's lap. Again...thanks NH!

    100% serious. I'm not 100% certain that the ban(nearly banned) in NH caught the attention of Michigan legislators and influenced them to force a label change, it's just a gut feeling. Whatever though, now Michigan will just have to deal with all these limited, highly collectible bottles

    So wait, is this new label for all the FBS or just in Michigan?

    If for all, I know of a few places that have a lot of FBS still floating around (one of which has literally 20-30 4-packs on the shelf)... If it becomes a collectors item then I may just pick up a 4-pack and stash away.
