We use to crush PJ at 3:00 in the morning when I was in college and we thought it was the best thing ever. Then one day we ordered it sober and were so disappointed.

 

To me PJ is too sweet.

 

I definitely don't have much love for it, but the other fast food pizza options in town have some of the worst service ever.

Did you have the Sherry Barrel? How did it compare? I love coffee so I'm sure this is probably better, but damn that sherry was delicious

 

Good morning locals, just wanted to pop in and announce results of my life! XlCooRsYlx nailed it at 25, my top was Heady Topper! Will post pics sometime tonight, on my way to Hershey Park. Family time.

 

I found them rather equivalent in the scale of how they used their ingredients in this batch. And I am more of a a coffee fan so this should've blown sherry zhukov out of the water. I have tried this though in the past in different batches and it was by far one of the best beers I've ever drank.

Where are people staying?

My first thought was a hotel I like in back bay. It's walking distance from the train station so I could avoid any possible driving issues. But, it is about 3 miles from the fest venue. Its walkable, but when you add in that its February, it might not be my best option.

It looks like there are 2 hotels real close to the Fest. Anybody tried the Westin or Renaissance? Any preferences?

I'm shooting for Saturday morning first and maybe Friday night also.

I'm packing up that box for @Mikexw today also...

 

Reading this on my tiny phone screen I thought it just said "my wife already said we need to move"

 

Last year I stayed at an air b and b. This year probably at club quarters

 

I will be at EBF but do not know when yet, it depends on my hosts.

 

Don't bother staying super close. Boston Transit is really good stay a bit farther from the venue if the $$ is right

 

Price is pretty close...

I'm trying to figure out if I'll have to drive to Boston, or I can find a hotel that will work for both the train into town and the venue.

Stayed at the Westin last year and had a good experience.

 

I found a pretty good combo deal that had rooms at the Westin, so that is where I'm staying.

Non-stop round trip flights from Philly & the room from Friday to Sunday: $600 including tax through JetBlue.

I think that is pretty sweet, so thats where I'll be.

 

I stay at a hilton property uber anywhere over a mile...uber is awesome
