    This has a really good Aroma of Smooth Char, Mild Pears, Touch of grains and Caramel sweetness. Flavor provides some Spicy Rye notes, Toast, Caramel and Pears in the aftertaste. Finish is smooth, dry and lasts for a minute or three...but boy is it smooth. Slight alcohol bitterness. Medium-light on the palate.

    Overall: This is a damn Good Bourbon! That aftertaste is the shit! Rye and Pears...like a Pear sandwich with Caramel Spread served on Toasted Rye Bread. It's smooth body deceives your palate to think that this Bourbon is less strength than Advertised. This Bourbon is Recommended!

    For sure. My favorite tick of the day was the Chimay though. That thing hit all of my tongues wheelhouses.

    Drinking this "shelf turd", overpriced, undersized (500 ml) Old Stock Cellar Reserve (aka....thank God folks bypassed this wonderful gem so I could snake it!). In all seriousness, thoroughly enjoying this beaut on the 2nd day of vacation. Cheers all.[​IMG]

    I like your Snark, seriously though there's about a Case left on the Shelf at my local Beer Store. It's a shame really...but I now know a place where I can find this "Cellared" without me Cellaring them. Double win I guess?
