Picked up a 6'er in Colorado Springs today and immediately threw two in the fridge. Drinking one right now and I will say Regular Coffee it is not, BUT it is a damn tasty and rich cream ale. The coffee pops in a big way like freshly ground, medium roast quality beans. The vanilla is definitely present in the aroma, but not so much in the flavor. It's creamy but slightly high on carb and it could use a bit more body (though I understand at only 5.5% ABV). I am pleased with my purchase.

I really liked it. Reminded me of a session version of golden coffee stout like Noble's Naughty sauce
So far not yet in AZ stores...

Had this one today, on draft, and it was very good. The coffee aroma really shines here. I'll be having this one again.

I took a trip to Neshaminy Creek yesterday. We stopped at a bar around the corner and was surprised to see that they had Calm Before the Storm. I bought a bottle and thought it was fantastic. It may be high praise, but it kind of reminded me of a session version of Carton Regular Coffee. Delicious stuff. So I ordered another haha.

Got a 6er at France 44 in MN this weekend, gotta say for a light bodied beer this carries some terrific coffee flavor! 15 bucks is worth it for BP products.

Got this at home waiting for a post-lawn mowing beer. Can't wait!

Not that I necessarily had high expectations, but I thought it was pretty pedestrian.

I'm enjoying this right now and am really impressed. As a smooth drinking, not so sweet cream ale it is a perfect brew when you need a break from hops but not ready for a stout.

Just arrived in NY at the dreaded 16.99.

Why does BP think every beer they make is worth 16.99??????

Maybe my palate is flawed but I thought this had basically the same flavor as cigarette ashes. I only bought one bottle, might give it another shot sometime down the road, but I just wasn't feeling it.

Nobody seems to know when they are getting it. I've been hearing "maybe this week" for 3 or 4 weeks now in NJ.

Regular Coffee is 1,000,000 x better, in my opinion. Can't even compare the two. Calm Before the Storm did not do it for at all, and I'm a fan of most of BP's stuff.

Because people buy them at that price, unfortunately.

Not sure which part of PA you are in, but where did you find it?

Philly, but I just meant that I want to try it, haven't seen it yet. Didn't mean to get your hopes up. @October
