    Cooking chicken soup and decided to open a can of Real Ale 18th Anniversary Ale courtesy of @Rootscipio. I like this beer! In the saucepan is celery, carrots, and an onion.

    Balance like Yin&Yang? I had that beer before. I liked it; definitely heavy on the stout and didn't get much of the ipa except for a slight bitterness. :wink:

    I got this recipe from my pseudo Greek mother at work, Maria. It consists of water, salt, chicken drumsticks, celery, carrots, black pepper, an onion, white rice, and lemon but this time I added green onions to the mix. :sunglasses:

    You have mentioned Maria many times. Still wondering if its Maria's Packaged goods in Chi town. A place I have wanted to visit for a long time now.
