Yep, we've had to put limits on most these days, will figure out limit after close on Saturday. We've got ~70bbl packaging planned thru next week...and cold storage for ~45bbl.

Just got back a few hours ago from my monthly visit to Trillium. I travel to Boston once a month for work and stopping by Trillium is a hell of perk.

While I normally stop by at non-peak hours, I just want to say that I have never once waited in line (granted, I buy bottles only) and the folks behind the bar are some of the nicest, most friendly and chill people I've ever met in all my beer travels.

While I know many of us would like to see their offerings last longer or increased distro to bottle shops, the simple fact is that Trillium is one of the best experiences for a brewery of it's current size. @JCTetreault and team are doing their thing the right way and Trillium is BY FAR my favorite brewery of the past year.

No need to talk about the beer because what can you say at this point? It speaks for itself.

Simply put, they are just fucking killing it.

 

Got there 7:15 last night, in and out in 5 minutes. Staff was on point, as is the beer - as always.

@JCTetreault - Will we be seeing something completely new for Hop Jam? Or "just" one of your normal (and awesome) offerings?

 

Hey guys - just wanted to pop in here and say that I've been lucky enough to receive some Trillium beers in trade and holy shit these beers are mind blowing. So far I've had Fort Point, and Congress Street, and as a resident of San Diego, I can honestly say that these 2 beers are better than ANY Pale, and IPA San Diego has to offer. Flat amazing stuff. I've got a Vicinity to crack tonight and cant wait.

I have a feeling you'll be posting again after Vicinity. It's another amazing one (of many) from Trillium.

 

I've had a lot of their hoppy beers and Vicinity is right up there for me. Reminded me of Second Fiddle.

 

I swear people are getting different Second Fiddle than I have gotten. It rides on the coat tails of and gets compared to the elite while not tasting like any of them.

I'll be heading to Boston (from SD) for work next week. Was considering hitting up Trillium on my way to the airport on Tuesday to load my suitcase with some Trillium IPAs. Now I am even more convinced. Can't wait!

 

yep! new beer...its the MF'n catalina wine mixer of hops, we couldn't help ourselves. 20bbl batch brewed yesterday

 

I'll ring you up the next time I want to know if a beer I'm drinking is world class or not.

 

It behooves you to visit and bring whatever the max you can back with you. You wont be disappointed.

 

I must have missed "Uptown Girl" on the list of bands for this year.
